On Emma Jane’s death on 30 January 1962, Lot 4 (111 Lake Weyba Drive) was transferred to her sons Horace George Jennings Pratt and Vivian James Pratt, with their families enjoying the ambience of Weyba. With the death of Viv on 23 Jan 1963, Lot 4 passed solely into Horrie and his wife
Gertie (Emily Gertrude Alice) maintenance for the Pratt House. Horrie died 7 July 1986 and Gertie became trustee until her death 27 March 1988. At this point, remaining family could not see how they could maintain it, so Lot 4 went to Auction on 9 May 1988.
