The Project
This study provides an introduction to the history and development of the Noosa Shire, organised thematically, rather than chronologically. The study was commissioned to support Noosa Council's Local Heritage Register Review (2024) which is a strategic planning project to review and update the heritage overlays of Noosa Plan 2020.
