Welcome

Welcome to Heritage Noosa, an online collection of images, videos, interviews, documents, maps, and memorabilia held in the collections of the Noosa Library Service Heritage Library and other local heritage organisations. The site provides easy online access to a rich store of heritage material relating to the Noosa Shire region, its people, places and events, past and present.

If you have memories or additional information related to any of the items on the site, please register and add what you know to anything you find. You can even upload your own images. The aim is to continually grow and add to the Noosa Story.

We are always interested in obtaining material to add to our collection, either as a loan of items to digitise or as a donation. Please contact us if you have images, videos or memorabilia to share. You are welcome to share material on this site on social media or between individuals on a non-commercial basis but please include a reference and a link back to the original page.

Please note that the names and images of deceased Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples may be contained within this collection.
