He initially used it mainly for a ferrying service on the Noosa River; transporting school children to and from Noosaville to Tewantin. Following the opening of Doonella Bridge in 1929, Parkyn changed his boat service to carrying tourist groups on cruises up the Noosa River and its lakes system at Boreen point.DateBetween 1st January 1920 and 31st December 1929Image NoM839300
