The mill, which traded as 'Canadian Sawmills', was located at the lower end of Maple Street on the northern side of the township. It originally began operating in 1909. In 1929 it was sold to Blanford, Llewellyn, Smith and Carter who in turn sold out to Straker and sons in 1941. Pictured: include, Front row: Charles Fenwick (seated on ground far right).
