TitleAlderly Cottage, 15 Mitti Street, Little Cove, Noosa Heads, 1950 Additional InformationThe two storey, shingle roofed, Tudor style cottage was designed and constructed in 1947 by Harold (Harry) Davis and his wartime friend Juan (Jack) Carl Grummette. The cottage was one of three built in the Tudor style as part of Davis's plan to construct a 'modern Tudor village' on the seven acres of land he had purchased at Little Cove, Noosa Heads, in 1944. He moved to the locality from Brisbane in 1946. The other two Tudor cottages were demolished by developers in the 1980s.Date1950Image NoM839266
