TitleHillcrest Guest House, Noosa Heads, 1934 Additional InformationThe Guest House was erected in 1932 around the remnants of the smaller Bay View Guesthouse which had been built by Walter Hay in 1882 and had eventually succumbed to white ants. Hillcrest was similar in style to Bay View Guesthouse. In 1958, Hillcrest Guest House was bought by the Brisbane Anglican Synod and its name changed to Halse Lodge in honour of Archbishop Halse.Date1934Image NoM863054
