DETAILS
Additional InformationKooringal was a block of four holiday apartments on Hastings Street in Noosa Heads owned and managed by Ray and Betty Murphy. It opened in the early 1970s.
A promotional flyer describes the apartments as including private sun balconies with ocean view and under cover car accommodation. The flats were designed to accommodate four people and featured a main bedroom, kitchen, combined living-dining area (with two inner spring sleep and lounge divans), bathroom with separate dressing facilities. The kitchens were well-appointed with electric stove, refrigerator, jog, toaster, cutlery, cooking utensils, slotted tv, and ample cupboard space.
