Upon her death the ownership was transferred to her sons Horace and Vivian Pratt. When Vivian died on 23 January 1963 the land passed solely to Horace and his wife Gertie. Horrie died 7 July 1986 and Gertie on 27 March 1988 after Horrie died.. It was clear that the family could no longer maintain the property and it was sold at auction on 9 May 1988 to Gary Camm who registered ownership on 13 May 1988. By 1991. Sadly the original pole house was pulled down and burnt, the property then fell under receivership and on 27 October 1993 Administrators Molomby finalised the ownership on 27 October 1993. This photo is of the new construction built in the 1990s. It is believed that the chimney is part of the original house.
