The tall crane in the centre is on the site of the recently demolished 'Ocean Breeze' Motel. That site was original Hay land - a 'Duck Pond'. The Hays lived in a house (since demolished and now a bistro and shops) on the corner (Hay's Corner). On the extreme right a block of units on land where Grandma Greber (Mary Anne 'Polly' Hay) and Ernie Greber lived. Old 'Beachcomber' site in foreground.
