OverviewKerri Contini commenced employment with Noosa Council in February 2002 as the Manager – Libraries. She was instrumental in developing a strategic plan for the library service that laid the foundations for the development of the Cooroy Library and the acquisition of the new, larger mobile library.

In this oral history interview, Kerri discusses evolution of library to meet evolving needs of community, strengths of amalgamation of library service, challenges of deamalgamation, and the future of public libraries.
