Title'Adonis', Tewantin, 1883 Additional InformationAdonis, a paddlewheel steamer, was built in 1883 and was owned by Dath Henderson, Brisbane, who also owned a sawmill on the Noosa River at Tewantin. The Adonis was later sold to John Burke in Brisbane, Queensland. Timber was loaded onto the paddle steamers from the Tewantin wharf to Brisbane.Date1883Image NoT0999076
