Additional InformationJohn and Donna Hofmann developed land consisting of trees and swamps during the late 1960s this property became the quarter horse stud known as Weyba Ranch. The ranch was located on the shores of Lake Weyba now redeveloped as Noosa Springs at Sunset Drive, Noosa Heads. The Hofmann Family hosted the annual Noosa Rodeo and picnic races and other social events for Noosa Heads and surrounds.
